    • Deputy Manager (DM) (Technical): 73 Posts
    • Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): 17 Posts

Educational Qualification:

  • DM (Technical): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute;  By direct recruitment on the basis of final merit (Written Test & Personality Test) in Indian Engineering Services (I.E.S) Examination (Civil), 2020 conducted by UPSC.
  • DM (Finance & Accounts): (i) Bachelor in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant or Master in Business Administration (Finance) (through regular course) from a recognized University or Institute; OR Member of any organized Finance or Accounts related Service of the Central Government or the State Government; AND (ii) Four years’ experience in Financial Accounting or Budgeting or Internal Audit or Contract Management or Fund Management or Disbursement in an organization of repute which should include atleast *prior experience of six months in Public Sector Undertaking or Government organization following ‘Double Entry Accounting System’. (* Note : Experience Certificate in respect of aforesaid Core experience must be issued in the prescribed format by the HOD (at least in the equivalent rank of Deputy Secretary/ Director level of the Government of India) of that Public Sector Undertaking or Government Organization where the applicant worked or is working).

    Age limit:

    • DM (Finance & Accounts): Not exceeding 35 years as on closing date of advertisement.
    • DM (Technical): Not exceeding 30 years

    Salary Details:

    • For Deputy Manager (Technical) Salary Rs.15,600-39,100/- Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-.
    • For Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) Salary Rs. 56,100-1,77,500/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-. (Note: For more salary details please go to the below official notification.)

    Selection Process:

    • DM (Technical): On the basis of final merit (Written Test & Personality Test) in Indian Engineering Services (I.E.S) Examination (Civil), 2020 conducted by UPSC. NOTE: The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be considered for appointment or interview.
    • DM (Finance & Accounts): Candidates will be selected based on the Computer Based Test (CBT), Interview, Written Test & Personality Test).
